Project Kryptonite

A traditional 1980’s street-racer, sitting idle in a local upstate NY garage until Mike at Automotion Classics discovered it and convinced the long-time owner to sell: the Challenger was then purchased from us by Tim Over who commissioned a frame off resto-mod build.
We have installed a 426 all-aluminum Whipple supercharged Gen III Hemi, 6-speed T-56 transmission, coil-over suspension front & rear and all modern amenities to make this a true performer with luxury appointments.

The Tremec T-56 6-speed and installation kit was supplied by Silver Sport Transmission.

Other upgrades include: Ceramic heat / sound insulation sprayed inside every panel surface in addition to dynamat in the doors & firewall. Modernized HVAC system with custom billet dash louvers and upgraded controls. Push-button parking brake, push-button start function, Power windows and keyless entry. Electronic add-ons include a back-up camera, touch-screen navigation, and QS-series audio by Kicker.

The color is 2015 Challenger Sub-Lime Green with black accents.

CCW 3-piece wheels wrapped in BFG tires. A stealth mini-tub was done in the rear to accommodate 335/30ZR18 tires.

What’s next? We are working on adding a custom all-wheel-drive system with a 7-speed manual transmission! Check back often for updates.
