This resto-mod Camaro offers classic looks with wild modern performance. Built on a modified 2002 Camaro SS chassis & floor pan, the 1969 body houses all modern suspension: QA-1 coil overs up front using an aftermarket tubular front cradle and 2002 camaro control arms. Multi-link rear suspension uses BMR springs and tubular control arms.
THis beauty rolls on Z06 Corvette replica wheels with Nitto performance tires. Stopping is handled by a nice 4-wheel disc brake package with slotted & cross-drilled rotors.
The engine is a freshly built 5.3 liter LS type V8 using forged internals; fed by a Precision 76mm turbo and dyno tunes to over 700HP on pump Gas. Power is sent to the custom built Ford 8.8″ rear axle by a Tremec T56 6-speed transmission using a Hurst short throw shifter.
The whole dash, center console, and leather interior has also been grafted in from a 2002 Camaro. You have all modern amenities like power windows, Power leather seats, climate control and modern audio system.

Paint was completed less than 1 year ago, and the engine was built and tuned in the fall of 2012. Very few miles have been put on since this extensive rebuild an the quality is exceptional. This car is reliable enough to be a daily driver.
